Returns Policy

The mobile petting service is available to everyone within 1.15 hours of the farm IP264PJ, as a rough guide. You could want some rabbits to visit a relative, or a big village fete. The options are personalised to suit your needs.

We can bring a selection of Goats, Rabbits and/or Guinea pigs for your visitors to cuddle, hold, feed, groom and on some occasions goat walk around your garden/school.

The minimum visit time is 30 minutes, this is usually for care homes and elderly/disabled personal visits, and the maximum visit time is 5 hours.

If more than 2 hours, during this time, some of the animals will go for a rest and have a break to ensure their welfare. The minimum number of each animal is 2, due to them being bonded and is less stressful for them.

For a quote all we require is the address of the visit, number of hours you would like us on site and number of each animal of your choice. We also need to know what the event is for, is it a birthday party in your back garden? or it is a village fete?

You may return undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. The buyer has to pay return postage and notify us beforehand to get a reference number and items must be boxed and in the same condition as sold. Damaged boxes cannot be returned.
